Mill Crossing Townhouse Rentals Located in Millsboro, Delaware

Mill Crossing is a 6-unit townhome complex located on Monroe Street in the town limits of Millsboro. This community is designed for family style living and features a two-story floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Each unit has its own 5x8 storage room and sitting patio. All appliances are included with the unit: washer, dryer, microwave, stove/oven combo, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice.

Yard maintenance, grass cutting, trash pick-up and recycling, security lighting, and snow removal are all included in the monthly rent. We do have insurance on the property but do recommend getting renters insurance.

All utilities are the tenants’ responsibility and include but are not limited to cable, electric, telephone, and your quarterly water/sewer bill from the Town of Millsboro.

Please keep in mind no pets are allowed under any circumstance.

All leases are for a minimum of 12 months and do require a security deposit of the first months’ rent.
